Notes:

1. All payments and agreements must be made directly between the Requesting Parties and the
   accredited Product and Service Providers BEFORE any actual purchase of products or availment of
   services.
2. As a GOLD Member, you agreed to pay the annual membership fee of P3,000 to Mowelfund.
3. As a GOLD Member, you agreed to perform all your services under the Philippine Laws, Rules and
   Regulations of Mowelfund and any violation, would result to automatic cancellation of your membership and forfeiture of your membership fee in favor of MOWELFUND.

Disclaimer:

The actual final service agreement and/or purchase agreement for the products and services that will be concluded will be directly between the Service / Product Provider and the Requesting Party. Hence, MOWELFUND, through its service tool called M-CONCIERGE, will NOT be liable and accountable in any way for any dissatisfaction with the products/services availed by the Requesting Parties. Similarly, MOWELFUND, through its service tool called M-CONCIERGE, Will NOT be liable and accountable in any way for any dissatisfaction and misconduct of the Service & Product Providers.

All final terms and conditions will be agreed upon only by and between the Service / Product Provider and the Requesting party.

M-Concierge serves only as a "conduit" to match a Requesting Party to an accredited Product and Service Provider, vice-versa, under the M-Concierge's Business Model.
